Amazing breakfast in the room, late check-out allowed, nice location, good connection to city center, affordable price.

Within a walking distance of attractions, including museum of sport and tourism. We enjoyed Nowa - Ski Spa.

The rooms at Nowa - Ski Spa Hotel are absolutely stunning! The panoramic views of the Karkonosze Mountains are breathtaking. As a family, we loved waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. The rooms are bright, cozy, and have all the necessary amenities like a safe, work desk, and a modern bathroom. It truly made our stay unforgettable.

Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food, and the lunch a la carte options were also very tasty. we had a lovely break to recharge our batteries.

. The bed was uncomfortable, with two singles pushed together that constantly separated throughout the night.

This energising ritual, which combines classic massaging techniques with bamboo sticks, left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. It was a unique experience that I would highly recommend. , the visit to the spa was a delightful escape from my busy schedule. With a wide range of massages, body treatments, and facials available, I was able to indulge in some much-needed pampering.

While the hotel advertises having English-speaking staff, some of them may not be fluent.
